Import your Excel price list

Upload the brand's Excel price list. There are two scenarios:

  • UppSales template format: automatic recognition, just start the import
  • Custom file: map the columns from your file to the UppSales fields once — the system remembers the mapping for every future import

Each product can include: code, name, description, category, base price, VAT, excise, commissions, discounts, minimum quantity, unit of measure, brand.

Set customer-specific discounts

For each customer you set their commercial terms. The system uses priority logic to determine the final price:

  1. Fixed price reserved for that customer on that product
  2. Customer price list (by product, category or brand)
  3. Customer-specific discount on that product
  4. Discount on the product category for that customer
  5. Brand-level discount for that customer
  6. Standard product discount

From that moment on, every time you open an order for that customer, all prices apply automatically.

Upload the brand's PDF catalog Optional

If the brand provides a PDF catalog, you can upload it into the app. The system automatically starts recognizing the product codes on the pages and links them to the catalog.

From that moment on, during the visit you can tap the codes directly on the PDF pages to add products to the cart.

Open UppSales and pick the brand

Every product from the price list is in the catalog. If you've uploaded that brand's PDF, it's available right there in the same screen.

Pick the customer

The system instantly loads all of their commercial terms: reserved prices, price lists and discounts. Applied automatically to every product you add.

Add products to the cart

From the in-app catalog by searching by name or code, or by tapping codes directly on the brand's PDF. You can mix both methods in the same order.

Review and send the order

Review products, quantities and total with prices already discounted for that customer. Confirm with one tap: the brand gets the confirmation, the customer gets their copy. Before you walk out the door.

How it works with multiple brands

If you carry several brands, each one gets its own space in UppSales: its own product price list (imported from that brand's Excel), an optional PDF catalog and dedicated customer discounts.

Everything is separate. There's no risk of mixing up products, prices or commercial terms between different brands. Switch from one brand to another with one tap during the same visit.

If a customer buys from multiple brands you carry, you create a separate order for each one — the system keeps everything tidy without you having to think about it.
